Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, and UPS. We will only ship FedEx for special deliveries based off the circumstance. Orders ship within 3-5 business days, typically, with a confirmation e-mail with all tracking information included. ElonWick, LLC is NOT responsible for any delayed transit times or damages (please see section below) once it leaves our location. We do not possess any control over the transit times as they are determined by the mail carrier. You are responsible to file a claim with the carrier if your package is delayed and/or lost. I am unable to get involved due to the policies of each carrier that we use.
ElonWick, LLC accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay simultaneously with orders.
***Custom orders require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit (50% of balance) at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours prior to the date of delivery.
Due to the nature of our products and the time and passion it requires for production, we do not offer refunds or returns at this time. Should there be any concern about this policy, please contact me at ElonWick@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order in order to receive either a store credit or exchange depending on the reason of your inquiry.
Each package is manually filled to ensure safe delivery, but damages can happen in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please send a photo of the unused product and packaging to ElonWick@gmail.com within 24hrs of receiving (tracked by delivery time and when we are contacted). Please be aware that a damage claim must be filed with the shipping carrier in order to receive a store credit for your next purchase.
