S H I P P I N G
Due to COVID-19, orders typically ship within 7-10 business days once an order is placed and paid for. Please plan for extra delays between October- December 2021. At the time of shipment, you will receive and e-mail and/or SMS text notification with all tracking information.
All domestic orders are shipped within the United States are shipped via USPS. Corporate/ Brand partnership-based orders, on occasion, may be shipped via UPS or FedEx. Please be aware the ElonWick Candle Co. is NOT responsible for delayed transit times once your order has shipped and scanned by USPS. As a seperate company, we have no control over transit times and/or damages. Should an issue with timing, damages, or even lost packages occur, please file a claim with the carrier.

Although we pack each order with car (i.e fragile stickers, peanuts, kraft paper, bubble wrap, etc.) damages can still happen. Please contact us at email@example.com with a photo of the damaged products, packing slip, and box within 24hrs of receiving them.
Again, a damage claim should be filed with the shipping carrier. Once it is filed, we will send a replacement. We will not replace products if a claim has not been filed.
RETURN TO SENDER & ADDRESS CONFIRMATION
We know you're excited to place your order, but please take your time during checkout to confirm your shipping. It is not our responsibility to correct the address. We do not edit personal information including.
If order is returned to us, we will reach out to notify you and you have 7 days to reclaim your order or we will automatically refund your order minus a 20% restocking fee. If you would like for us to resend the order, you will be sent an invoice for shipping.
STORE CREDITS & EXCHANGES
ElonWick Candle Co. does not offer returns at this time. Each product is made with the intention to exceed your expectation. Should you feel strongly about discussing an exchange or credit, feel free to reach out. Shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please keep all of your tracking info handy until the end of the exchange.
Any packages sent back to ElonWick Candle Co. without communication between both parties will NOT be accepted, and will be returned to you.
We will not replace orders that are shipped without tracking information. We do not reimburse return shipping costs. We do not and will not assume responsibility for packages containing returns that are lost in transit or packaged poorly.

When you complete forms online or otherwise provide Us information in connection with the Program, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and true information. You agree not to use a false or misleading name or a name that you are not authorized to use. If, in Our sole discretion, We believe that any such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or you have opted into the Program for an ulterior purpose, We may refuse you access to the Program and pursue any appropriate legal remedies.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits Users of the Program that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of the information you provide through the Program to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
